PASSAGES focuses on the immediate personal and livelihood concerns of people in rural Iowa. Iowa is well known for the caring and supportive people who make up rural communities. When there is a need, someone rises to the occasion. At times, however, needs arise among people in the community that call for special knowledge or resources that PASSAGES provides.
