Check List of Things for Organizers to Do/Gather

_____ Send invitations or announcements
_____ Send follow up emails and/or make telephone calls
_____ Food (as much as possible local with source labeled)
_____ Beverages (as much as possible local with source labeled)
_____ Candle & match
_____ Bible
_____ Focus element centrally located; something to help maintain attention on the issue (bowl of water or fountain, seeds, pesticide bottle, seasonal produce, cornucopia, rice bowl, etc.)
_____ Handouts (provided at www.ncrlc.com or as adapted or self-compiled)
_____ Pens/pencils
_____ Basket or attractive container to collect Action Response Forms at the conclusion of the gathering
_____ Small (approx. .3" x 3") sheets of paper (5 for each participant) and tape
_____ Name badges or table tents
_____ Flip chart paper, poster board, butcher paper, the backside of wrapping paper (about one 3’ x 2’ sheet per each 5 people)
